I can certainly agree with you there, Bgdawg. He did have the voice.

Mmm, choices. It has to either be Carl Castle (NPR) or Ross Mitchell (Voiceover guy for Coast to Coast AM, formerly with Art Bell).

Well, from Tv, now I don't know if I spell these right people, but let's see. Tv, I gotta say Peter Jennings, Radio, I gotta say John Tesh.

for tv i would say the guy who does unsolved mysteries on lifetime. For broadcasting though, i would have to say, Special k out of 91.1 jamz. she know longer works there but used to do a music for adult lovers wich is only R&B on tuesdays and fridays. she sounded so sexy. loved that voice.

For terrestrial radio back when it was good, it's Charlie van Dike hands down. He was the station imager for WTMJ in Milwaukee, KMOX in St. Louis, and WOWO in Fort Wayne. He has since been dumped from those stations. You also gotta love Mitch Craig, the imager at WPHT in Philadelphia and WSBT in South Bend, Indiana.
